Shipping & delivery policy
We deliver across India. Delivery options, charges and timelines are stated in your quote before you pay.
1. Where we deliver
We deliver to most PIN codes in India through reputed courier partners, and to larger institutions through road transport. We do not currently ship outside India.
2. Production and dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 3 to 7 working days after both of the following: payment is confirmed and you have approved the final proof. Large or rush orders may have a different schedule, which is stated in your quote. Time spent waiting for artwork, data, approval or payment is not counted.
3. Delivery time
After dispatch, courier delivery usually takes 2 to 7 working days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. Bulk transport timelines are confirmed in your quote.
4. Delivery charges
Shipping charges depend on the destination, parcel weight and delivery method. They are shown separately in your quote before payment. There are no hidden charges at delivery.
5. Tracking
When your order is dispatched, your account shows the courier name and tracking number. Bulk transport orders show the transporter and LR number.
6. Delivery options
- Courier delivery to your address.
- Bulk transport for large institutional orders, with door delivery or depot collection as stated in the quote.
- Store collection, where offered during ordering. Please wait for the "ready for collection" update before visiting.
7. Address and receipt
Please give a complete address, PIN code and a reachable phone number. If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect or nobody was available, re-delivery charges may apply. Inspect the parcel at delivery and report damage within 48 hours, as described in our cancellation & refund policy.
8. Delays
If dispatch is delayed beyond the date in your quote, we will inform you. Courier delays outside our control are followed up with the courier on your behalf.
