Artwork uploads
Upload JPG or PNG, up to 8 MB per image. Use separate front and back images when available. Images must be no larger than 6000 pixels per side or 16 megapixels in total. PDF, SVG and editable design files are not accepted through this uploader.
Quality and dimensions
Aim for 300 DPI at the final print size. Tell us the required card dimensions and leave space around important text. Our team confirms bleed, safe margins, print suitability and exact dimensions with your proof. A screen preview is not a guarantee of a physical colour match.
Names and rosters
Use the CSV template with these columns: id, name, class_or_department. Each person needs a unique ID. The row count must match your order quantity; up to 3000 people per request. Use UTF-8 plain text, with no formulas or HTML.
Photos and logos
Supply images you have permission to use. Tell us in your request if you need a different photo on each card. The team will arrange the required photo collection and matching during artwork review; a bulk photo upload is not yet available.
