Terms & conditions

These terms apply to the use of icardprint.com and to all orders placed with TACHY EDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. If you order for a school, college, company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised by it to do so and to share the names, photographs and other details printed on the cards.

3. Orders and quotes

Submitting a request does not create a contract or take payment. We review each request and send a quote that states the specifications, quantity, total price, applicable taxes, delivery charges and expected schedule. A contract is formed only when you accept the quote and pay.

Starting prices shown on the website are indicative. The amount payable is the total stated in your accepted quote.

4. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Your quote shows whether GST is included or added.
• Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay using cards, UPI, net banking or wallets. We do not see or store your card details.
• We may also accept bank transfer for institutional orders where stated in the quote.
• Cash on delivery is not available for custom-printed orders.
• If a payment is debited but not confirmed on our side, do not pay again. Contact us and we will reconcile it; a duplicate or failed debit is refunded in full.

5. Artwork, proofs and approval

You are responsible for the accuracy of all names, numbers, photographs, logos and other content you provide. We send a digital proof before printing. Please check it carefully. Once you approve a proof, we print exactly what was approved. A revised proof requires a fresh approval.

Screen colours vary between devices, so printed colours may differ slightly from the on-screen proof. Minor variations in colour, cutting and alignment within normal printing tolerances are not defects.

6. Content we will not print

We will not print content that is unlawful, infringes another person's rights, or imitates government, police, defence or court identity documents, or any organisation you are not authorised to represent. We may cancel such an order and refund any amount paid.

7. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of the logos and content you supply and grant us permission to use them only to produce your order. Our templates, website design and content belong to ICardPrint and may not be copied without permission.

8. Cancellation, refunds and delivery

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our cancellation & refund policy. Delivery is governed by our shipping & delivery policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other law that cannot be excluded.

10. Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, power or network outages, courier disruptions or government restrictions. We will keep you informed and agree a revised schedule or a refund for work not yet started.

11. Accounts

Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or misuse.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute through our grievance redressal process. Subject to that, the courts at Patna, Bihar have jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on the date you accept a quote applies to that order.
