Face recognition attendance that fills your normal register
Face attendance removes the last manual step at the gate. Each student or staff member is enrolled once from their existing profile photo or a quick live capture. At the gate, a tablet checks the face and records the punch in the same attendance register teachers and HR already use.
It can run alongside QR cards: the person scans their card and the camera confirms it is really them, which stops proxy attendance. A group mode recognises everyone in front of the camera at once for bus drop-offs or a crowded gate.

A clear, recent photo matters twice: on the ID card and for face enrolment. When ICardPrint prints your cards from the ERP, the same checked photo is used for both, and the ID card audit catches blurry or missing photos first.
Does face attendance replace ID cards?
It can, but most schools keep both: the card identifies the person quickly and the face check proves it is them. Cards are also needed for library, gate passes and visitors.
What hardware is needed?
An Android tablet or phone with a front camera at each gate. Staff selfie check-in works on their own phones.
Is the face data shared with anyone?
Face templates are stored in your school’s ERP account and used only for attendance and campus safety features you switch on.
Can it work for a bus full of students?
Yes. Group mode recognises everyone in view and marks each recognised person in or out.
