ID cards are printed straight from the ERP’s student and staff records, with a QR code the gate scanner reads for attendance. The ID card data audit flags missing photos, parent names or phone numbers before anything is printed, and ICardPrint can print the whole batch on PVC.
Is TACHY School ERP a web app or does it need installing?
It runs in the browser on any computer, tablet or phone, so there is nothing to install on school computers. A branded Android app can also be built for your school and shared with parents through one download link.
Can we start with only fees and attendance?
Yes. Modules are switched on per school, so you can start with the ones you need and add exams, transport, hostel or HR later without moving data.
How is existing data moved in?
Students, staff and opening fee dues can be imported from Excel or CSV. The import previews every row and reports what was created, skipped or failed.
How much does it cost?
